Order 911 Emergency House Numbers
The regular meeting scheduled for February 8th will not have a program. Meeting time is 6:30 PM.
The regular meeting scheduled for February 22nd will not have a program. A Board of Directors meeting will immediately follow the regular meeting. Meeting time is 6:30 PM.
The annual ROSE sale will be on March 17th. The cost for a dozen roses (delivered in Monroe) is still only $15.

The Lions Club is selling 911 Emergency House Numbers. The cost is $15.
The Monroe Lions awarded $500 scholarships to four (4) Monroe seniors at the High School Awards assembly on May 20th, 2009
The Lions Club Adopt-A-Highway cleanup was done on April 27th, 2009.
The annual Easter egg hunt was on April 11th, 2009 at the Monroe Community Park.
The annual ROSE sale was on March 18th, 2009. 155 dozen roses were sold and income from this project will help to fund our community activities.
The annual pancake breakfast was held on December 6, 2008 at Monroe High School.
On November 10, 2008 the Monroe Lions Club recognized member Ed MacDonald for 50 years of service.
The Lions Club Adopt-A-Highway cleanup was done on October 27, 2008.
The Lions Club had their annual installation of Officers on 7/28/08. The new club President is Joe Beatty.
The Lions Club participated in the 2008 Fourth of July parade (see pictures below).
